Supporting international training and young talent in our technical department
At RB COMPONENTES, we remain firmly committed to practical training and the professional development of young international talent. This month, we are pleased to welcome Flávia and Lígia, two students from Portugal, who have joined our technical department as part of the European MUNDUS program.
Over the coming weeks, they will actively participate in real-life projects, gaining first-hand experience in a company specialized in technical spare parts for aerial work platforms, and learning about the latest applied technologies in the industrial sector.
What is the MUNDUS program?
The MUNDUS program facilitates international mobility experiences for students across Europe, allowing them to complete internships in real work environments. Thanks to this initiative, young people like Flávia and Lúguia can develop technical skills, improve employability, and explore different work cultures.
